Refund and Returns Policy

A 50% non refundable deposit is due when the order is placed. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the pick-up or ship out date. For orders over $300, your order must be paid in full at least 2 weeks in advance or at the time you place your order. For orders over $1000, your order must be paid in full at least 3 weeks in advance or at the time you place your order. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Requests to cancel orders must be at least 2 weeks in advance in order to receive a refund on payments made in excess of the 50% deposit. By canceling less than 2 weeks prior to the pick-up or ship out date, you choose to forfeit any payments made.

If you choose to cancel your order with at least 2 weeks advance notice, you can receive a refund for any payments made an excess of your 50% non-refundable deposit. A 10% cancellation fee will be added when refunding any credit card transactions or cash payments.

 

REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of our business, every purchase is made to order and often customized and unique. We do not offer refunds once your order has been paid. If you are not satisfied with your order due to incorrect size, designs, flavor, quantity, or late delivery, we will issue store credit only.

 

CAN YOU CANCEL AND REFUND MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept order cancelations. In some cases, it may be possible to delay or change the date. We can not take responsibility for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or if the recipient was not available to receive the package. For apartments or gated communities, we’ll do our best to gain access to deliver directly to your door.

Our small team of bakers, artists, and designers work hard to make beautiful and delicious desserts special for you. With that in mind, please note that sales are final. Refunds are not available at any time. Store credit in the form of a gift card may be made available if you are unhappy with your purchase.
